The ladder may be the case, however, I believe that the corrupt nurturing ignorance and limiting access to public archives and media outlet solutions for capital gain, should be a crime. It leads one to ask "how are we allowing this and to believe that  some  pushbacks may be worth the effort.

After the hospital and the subsequent denials by the Judge I took some me time...  
Time to heal, research and learn...

to the heart and somewhere between expectations, votes, profits & what's right and what's wrong for them becomes very very blurred in the eyes of the law.
Let's look at a statistical exmple that I am intimatly familiar with.

Disability denial statistics of ... Oh I don't know, lets  say the Social Securities Administrative Judge who presided over my Disability Case " Judge Ward D. King".

294 cases dispositioned.

  34 of those were dismissed completley.

113 were approved for financial benifits.

147 cases were denied flat outright.

Now if you look closely at these statistics (as I'm certain he does) you will see that his "conversion" shows a 50/50%48/52/52/48 approval to denial ratio. I can aay after looking at the numbers going back 5 consecutive years that this average holds pretty much a <true> value.

"Variable your honor" ...

Dismissals count as denials except that in an outright dismissal the claimants case is not taken under the consideration of the Judge, it is first reviewed and then dismissed by the administration on a technicality...

This means 181 individuals out of 388 were either lying or ... Well, mistaken about thier ability to perform "gainful employment"...

Now the Governments take on this is in my opinion (not worth much these days) a catch 22 at best.

An individual can be considered as able to perform gainful employment if it is found (fasten seatbelts and return seats to upright positions) that the individual can think about doing gainful work or create intellectual property that is beneficial in anyway,  even if the work is not beneficial to that individual... "Figure it out kidd" is what I was told when I was denied...

I hold this court in contempt!
Now this is all well and good, so I figure " Fuck him",

I'll eat all the medical expenses , doctors, medication, hospitilization, strength training and rehab and learning to use my leg again. Then Ill eat the cost of starting an online business from home and become an Entrepreneur. Well, computers, hosting, domains, courses (retaking what I had already learned) software, data and research and I still have as of this moment not made $1 American Coin ;/


  So to make a long story short (I know, to late)

My Mema took my wife and I to a loca'ish Casino and turned me loose... I sat down at a slot after much carefiul consideration and tested my algorithm...
I couldn't believe what happened next...
